Registrants give permission for the hotel to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA and the hotel and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the hotel providing ILMA the information.

The Renaissance Esmeralda, located 4.8 miles from the JW Marriott, is now also accepting reservations for registered attendees only. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your reservation online at the ILMA group rate. If you have already received your registration confirmation and still need a room, please email Tim Mack at tmack@ilma.org for the reservation link. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's room block at the Renaissance Esmeralda is Friday, September 15.

Room Rate at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa (Overflow Hotel):

$399 per night
This rate is available to registered attendees only from Saturday, October 7 through Tuesday, October 10, checking out on Wednesday, October 11. A total of 15.25% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted. The daily resort fee has been discounted to $20 per day for attendees in ILMA's room block. This discounted fee includes: guest room enhanced high-speed internet access, fitness and yoga classes (subject to availability), bike rentals, and tennis & basketball court access.

Cancelation and Early Departure Fees at the JW Marriott and Renaissance Esmeralda 

Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.

Air Travel & Ground Transportation

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is located 22.2 miles from the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa.

 

Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. For ride share pick-ups, follow the rideshare signage to the designated area located at the south end of the terminal in the commercial lane across the street from WestJet Airlines (click here to see pick-up location). Taxis and rideshare companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly. 

 

JW Marriott recommends Cardiff Limousine & Transportation  and Ace Transportation for car service.

Parking

Self-parking at the JW Marriott is available and complimentary. Overnight valet parking is available for $40 + tax per day.

Discounted self-parking at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa is $10 overnight.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Annual Meeting hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Annual Meeting attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Annual Meeting attendee list will be available on this website and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
