The Loews will begin accepting reservations for registered attendees only starting January 16 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your reservation online at the ILMA group rate. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's room block is Friday, March 8. Please make your reservation as soon as possible – ILMA's room block will sell out. 

Registrants give permission for the Hotel to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA and Hotel and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of Hotel providing ILMA the information.


Room Rate: $299 per night

The ILMA room rate is available to registered attendees only from Tuesday, April 9 through Sunday, April 14. A total of 12.55% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. For suite reservations, please call the hotel directly at 877-872-8559 for availability and pricing. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted.

The daily resort fee has been discounted to $10 (normally $39) for attendees in ILMA's room block. This fee includes, but is not limited to: welcome beverage upon arrival, Google Chromecast TV streaming, in-room bottled water, 24-hour fitness center and studio access, daily group fitness classes, use of six pickleball courts (based on availability), shuttle service to Downtown Coronado Village, shuttle service to Silver Strand State Beach, and use of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas.

Please note that the reservation link and room confirmation will state that you will be charged a $39 resort fee. This is automated and cannot be changed for our group. You will only be charged a $10 resort fee.

Check in: 4:00 p.m.
Check out: 12:00 p.m.


Cancelation & Early Departure Fees at the Loews

To cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.


Travel & Ground Transportation

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is located 12.6 miles from the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. Taxis and ride sharing companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly. You can find the designated ride share passenger pickup locations here.

Many companies provide taxicab service at San Diego International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A customer service representative will place you with the first available taxi, unless you specify a particular taxicab company.

Parking at the Loews

Self-parking is available for $47 per night, with in and out privileges. Valet parking is available for $50 per night, with in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change. 


Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list will be available on this website and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
