Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is ILMA’s #1 priority. Here is what we are doing to protect your health and peace of mind so you can focus on getting down to business at the 2022 ILMA Annual Meeting. By registering for this event, you confirm you have read the COVID-19 Waiver in its entirety and agree to its content.

Be Well

ILMA strongly encourages all attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before arriving at the meeting. Booster shots are also strongly encouraged. This is the best way we can protect ourselves and each other.

Please do not travel to the meeting if you feel unwell or experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19. You may contact Tim Mack to cancel your registration. If you feel unwell at the meeting, please put on a mask and inform a member of the ILMA staff immediately.

We expect all attendees to be considerate of other attendees’ levels of risk tolerance and to respect others’ comfort with regard to social distancing, hand shaking, mask wearing, etc.

Mask Requirements

The state of Florida asks that you keep a mask with you at all times and wear it when required or when social distancing can’t be maintained. Mask policies vary inside local businesses and on public transportation, including buses, taxis, Uber and Lyft.

The use of face coverings at the JW Marriott Marco Island is at the discretion of each guest. For the convenience of guests who wish, complimentary mask dispensers have been placed throughout indoor locations of the resort.

ILMA encourages you to consider your own risk tolerance and do what makes you most comfortable during ILMA Annual Meeting events. If this includes wearing a mask at the meeting, please do so.

Hotel Service Providers and Vendors

JW Marriott Marco Island and other meeting service providers and vendors will do everything they can to ensure the team members working our meeting are vaccinated. Anyone who is unvaccinated is required to wear a mask. Learn more about the hotel's Commitment to Clean.
