Hotel Reservations

The Boca Raton will begin accepting reservations for registered Annual Meeting attendees on Wednesday, May 28. An emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making a reservation at The Boca Raton at the ILMA group rates. The deadline to reserve a room within ILMA’s room block is Thursday, September 4. To avoid the need for changes later, please review the agenda before making your reservation. We encourage you to book early — ILMA’s room block will sell out quickly.

The rates below are available to registered attendees from Wednesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 9, while inventory lasts. A 13% state and hotel occupancy tax will apply. A credit card is required at the time of booking. For suite reservations, please contact the Destinations Team at (877) 290-7506 for availability and pricing. Limit one room per registered attendee.

The daily resort charge is included in the rate (a $50 per day savings) and covers a wide range of amenities. This includes internet access in guest rooms and public areas, private beach services (chairs and towels), access to two full-service fitness centers with specialty classes such as yoga, Zumba, and Pilates, unlimited driving range use, and golf club storage. It also includes domestic long-distance calls, gratuities for valet, bell staff, housekeeping, guest experience agents, shuttle drivers, and boat captains. Additional benefits include a stocked minibar (water, soft drinks, beer, and snacks), access to The Boca Raton Club’s activity programming, water taxi service between Harborside and Beachside, complimentary use of bicycles, and a reusable stainless steel water bottle for use throughout your stay.

 

By registering, attendees authorize the hotel to share information about their stay, including their name, with ILMA. Attendees also agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the hotel, and their affiliates against any claims resulting from the hotel’s disclosure of this information to ILMA.

Cancellation and Early Departure Fees at The Boca Raton

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the Experience Team at (561) 447-3000. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 10 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.

Airport Information

Getting to Boca Raton is a breeze. Within reach of both Palm Beach and Miami, The Boca Raton is easily accessible via three international airports – FLL, PBI, and MIA – as well as Boca Raton Airport.

Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) is approximately 25 miles 
Palm Beach International (PBI) is approximately 29 miles
Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately 47 miles

Shuttle, Ground Transportation, and Parking

 

Transportation services to and from all airports are available through The Boca Raton. Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

​

Luxury car rentals are available through Go Rentals. Services include direct delivery to the hotel or meet-and-greet at most surrounding airports. Reserve online or call (800) 464-8267.

 

The Boca Raton will extend 10% discount off 2025 valet parking prices (currently at $55 overnight and $35 for daytime parking).
