Hotel Reservations

 

The JW Marriott Desert Ridge will be accepting reservations for registered Annual Meeting attendees on Wednesday, June 3 at 12:00 pm ET. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making a reservation at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge at the ILMA group rates. The deadline to reserve a room within ILMA’s room block is Wednesday, September 23. To avoid the need for changes later, please review the agenda before making your reservation. We encourage you to book early, as ILMA’s room block typically sells out quickly.​

Room Rates at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge

The below rates are available to registered attendees only from Wednesday, October 14 through Thursday, October 22, while inventory lasts. A total of 13.07% state and hotel occupancy tax will apply. A credit card is required at the time of booking and the Front Desk will collect an incidental hold of $150 per day at check-in.   • JW Griffin Club access: $75 per person, per night added to group rate​ – The JW Griffin Club offers exclusive amenities and offerings, including a breakfast buffet, midday lunch, hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the evenings, all-day snacks, and daily interactive Chef Experiences. It is also the perfect location for a quick business meeting or to sit down and relax. Available for guests 21 years and older.

The daily resort charge of $14 (discounted from $60) includes internet access in guest rooms and public areas, access to the 24/7 Revive Spa Fitness Center, (2) complimentary bottles of water in each guest room, daily pickleball for up to two people, daily access to Wildfire Golf driving range up to two people, golf bag storage at Wildfire Golf Club, daily tennis for up to two people, daily access to AquaRidge WaterPark for four people, one daily dessert in Twenty6, Tia Carmen and Meritage, daily bike rentals for up to two bikes, and non-scheduled shuttle service to Desert Ridge Marketplace shopping area. ​​

Registrants give permission for the Omni La Costa to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the Omni La Costa and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Omni La Costa providing ILMA the information.

Cancellation & Early Departure Fees at the Omni La Costa

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the Reservation Center at (800) 898-4527. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Checking out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.

• ​​Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 22 miles from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge

• Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) is approximately 60 miles from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge

Shuttle & Ground Transportation

• Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. Taxis and rideshare companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly.

• Guests who would like to arrange individual (one-off) transportation to and from the airport may do so via The Driver Provider online  (in the notes section, be sure to include:“Guest booking for the JW Marriott” to receive preferred pricing.) or by phone at 800-700-2687, ext. 1.

Parking

On-site self-parking is $29 daily. Valet parking is $46 daily.

Revive Spa and Fitness Center 

• Revive Spa offers 41 treatment and relaxation rooms, a palm-lined sanctuary pool, cabanas, sauna, steam rooms, bistro and salon. Book online or by phone at 480-293-3700. Learn more.

• The fitness center, located at Revive Spa, is open 24/7. Amenities include cardiovascular equipment, elliptical machines, free weights, stair climber, strength equipment, treadmills and weight machines. Book a fitness class.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates, Travel Agency and Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list is available on this website (menu bar at the top of page) and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
