All attendees who register for the 2023 ILMA Annual Meeting confirm that they have read and agree to these policies. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your hotel reservation online at the ILMA group rate. Special rates are available to registered attendees only from Wednesday, October 4 through Thursday, October 12 while availability last. You must be registered for the meeting to secure a room in ILMA’s room block. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's block is Monday, September 4. Please consider donating to the ILMA Foundation when registering.

Spouse / Guest registrations cannot be applied to individuals affiliated with or employed by a company within the lubricants industry. Guest registration includes: Welcome Reception, Opening Reception, Breakfast of Champions, access to the Headshot Hub, Lunch Session, Perk Up!, Tuesday Breakfast Buffet, Cheers to 75 Years Reception, President's Diamond Dinner and After Hours ($1,375 value). Guests are welcome to attend any of the programs throughout the meeting.

Non member registration rates apply to first time non member attendees only. Repeat non-member attendees are subject to higher registration fees. For more information, contact Tim Mack.

Cancelations and Transfers

Member and Non Member cancelations before September 7 will be granted a full refund less a $150 administrative fee. Spouse / Guest cancelations before September 7 will be granted a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancelations requested on September 7 or later can not be refunded. All requests for refunds must be submitted to Tim Mack. If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your meeting registration to another employee at your company, please contact Tim Mack. Registration will be available on-site.

Golf Tournament

The golf tournament will take place on Sunday, October 8 at 8:00 am at the Palm Golf Course. True to Ted Robinson’s signature style, the Palm Course is complemented by sprawling water features and rolling greens with “Flamingo Corner” on the 16th tee box. Grab-and-go breakfast will be provided at the course. Registration also includes greens fees, cart fee, and two drink tickets per person.

Croquet Tournament

Teams of two compete in this double-elimination tournament, a long-time ILMA Annual Meeting favorite starting at 8:30 am. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided, along with a bar during play. Please wear all white; sun hats will be provided. Registration will be available on-site.

Pickleball Tournament

The pickleball tournament will take place on Sunday, October 8 at 9:00 am at the Tennis Center. Join in the fun of this explosively popular game that anyone can play! Beginner, intermediate and experienced players are welcome in ILMA’s round robin tournament. An instructional clinic will precede the tournament where players will learn a simplified version of the rules followed by a round robin against different partners and opponents, with each round scoring individual points. Racquet rental and pro help is included, along with drinks and snacks. Registration will be available on-site.

Pickleball Tournament Registration: $75 per player

 

Clay Shooting

The clay shooting event will take place on Sunday, October 8 at 9:00 am. Clay Shooting is a form of clay pigeon shooting often referred to as "golf with a shotgun" because a course typically includes different shooting stations laid out over natural terrain. Each participant will shoot up to 50 targets under the supervision of an NRA certified instructor. Experience is not necessary. Grab and go breakfast and transportation will be provided – the shuttle will depart from the JW Marriott at 7:45 am. Registration will be available on-site.

Clay Shooting Registration: $150 per person

5k Fun Run / Walk

​Start your day off with an invigorating 5k run or walk around the breathtaking JW Marriott property. Check in will begin at 6:45 am and the race will begin at 7:00 a.m. All runners will receive a t-shirt. Registration will be available on-site.
