Yolanda Williams

Yolanda Williams is the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)’s cybersecurity coordinator for the state of Florida. She joined the CISA after spending five years at the Joint Special Operations Command, where she led the Assessment and Authorizations Branch. Prior to that, Williams spent three years leading the Systems Administration Branch and serving as the IA Manager for the United States Army Forces Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where she was responsible for providing leadership and guidance to support physical security, networks, risk assessment, critical infrastructure continuity and contingency planning; emergency preparedness, security awareness and training.

Williams holds a B.A. in sociology from Fayetteville State University, an M.A. in information systems management from Webster University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in information technology with a specialization in cybersecurity from Capella University.
