Final Findings from the Buyer Revolution: How to Create Value Instead of Destroying It

Stop selling how you want to sell. Start showing up how buyers want to buy. Steve Knapp and Rob Taylor of Plan.Grow.Do. return to ILMA with the Buyer Revolution, unveiling the final findings from two years of in-depth research into the real experiences of B2B lubricant buyers. Knapp and Taylor will share insights across all five research pillars, helping you see your sales approach through buyers’ eyes and revealing where value is being created — or destroyed. Discover what buyers really want from their suppliers and how to future-proof your commercial strategy by:

  • Matching how buyers want to engage with you

  • Spotting outdated sales behaviors that turn buyers off

  • Aligning your team to deliver a buying experience that builds loyalty, trust, and long-term growth

Leave with actionable insights that could reshape your sales strategy for years to come.
