Online registration for the 2026 ILMA Annual Meeting is open through September 18.​
Cancellations and Transfers
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations before Friday, September 18 will be granted a refund less a $225 administrative fee to cover credit card processing fees and other expenses related to registration. Cancellations requested on Friday, September 18 or later will not be refunded except for documented medical issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $350 cancellation fee will apply. If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Annual Meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.

Your guest cannot be affiliated or employed with a company within the lubricants industry. Guest registration includes: Welcome & Opening Receptions, Breakfast of Champions, Lunch Session, Perk Up!, Refreshment Breaks, Breakfast Buffet, Book & Film Club, Closing Reception, ILMA President's Dinner and ILMA After Hours. Guests are welcome to attend any of the programs throughout the meeting.

ILMA Foundation Golf Tournament

The Palmer Course is an Arnold Palmer-designed championship course that blends scenic Sonoran Desert beauty with narrow fairways, strategic bunkering, and large undulating greens. Stretching more than 7,100 yards, the par-72 layout offers a fun yet challenging experience for golfers of all skill levels, with stunning views of the McDowell Mountains and year-round playability. Registration includes greens fee, practice range, sleeve of golf balls, boxed hot breakfast, bottled water and two drink tickets per person.
Croquet Tournament

Break out your best all-white activewear and get ready for a good time. The Croquet Tournament is a long-time ILMA Annual Meeting favorite. Continental breakfast is provided, along with mimosas and bloody marys.
Pickleball Tournament
Sunday, October 18
9:00 - 11:30 am
$99 Player registration
Beginner, intermediate and experienced players are welcome in this round robin tournament. Racquet rental plus a refresher clinic before play is included, along with refreshments.
Clay Shooting
Sunday, October 18

Sporting Clays is a form of clay pigeon shooting often referred to as "golf with a shotgun" because a course typically includes different shooting stations laid out over natural terrain. Each participant will shoot up to 50 targets under the supervision of an NRA certified instructor. Transportation and continental breakfast will be provided. Experience is not necessary.
