We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 ILMA Annual Meeting at The Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL, Oct 4–7. Please see below for important “Know Before You Go” details to help make the most of your time at #ILMAMeets.

 

 

​Important Hotel Access Information

Access to The Boca Raton is limited to registered guests only, meaning that only those with a hotel reservation or registered ILMA Annual Meeting attendees will be permitted on property. To ensure smooth entry, all individuals, including spouses or guests, must have their names listed on the room reservation if they plan to come and go independently. For those staying off property, the hotel will reference the ILMA attendee list at the gate. Please make sure all names are submitted in advance through your hotel reservation and ILMA registration to avoid any issues.

ILMA Base Camp and Registration

​

Check in at ILMA Base Camp to collect your badge and attendee gifts. Hours are:

Saturday, October 4, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

Sunday, October 5, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Monday, October 6, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday, October 7, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

 

ILMA Base Camp will be located in the Mizner Center Building in Grand Ballroom A–E. Hot coffee and tea will be available. A complimentary water bottle is provided by The Boca Raton in guest rooms so you can take advantage of the hydration stations throughout the resort and meeting space. You can also find our staff in Base Camp, register guests or colleagues on site, explore sponsor displays and select your seat for the President's Dinner. Please remember to secure your President’s Dinner seat by 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 7. If you have any dietary restrictions or special needs, please contact Paige Dow.

What to Wear to ILMA Events:

​

Daytime events and sessions: Business casual – don’t forget a sweater or jacket for chilly meeting rooms.

 

Sports Day: Wear appropriate attire for your chosen activity. Croquet players traditionally wear all white.

 

Receptions: Dress comfortably – most events are outdoors (weather permitting).

 

ILMA President’s Dinner and ILMA After Hours – Rock the Board with ILMA!: Yacht Rock — think breezy, nautical-inspired style (flowy dresses, boat chic, linen, and laid-back sophistication).​​

Networking Opportunities

​

ILMA is celebrated for its unparalleled networking opportunities. From lively receptions and sports events to breakfast buffets and the celebratory President’s Dinner and ILMA After Hours, you’ll find endless opportunities to connect with fellow attendees. Plus, informal networking is always happening in and around ILMA Base Camp.

Sports Day – Sunday, October 5

 

Those registered for Sports Day events have received separate emails with pertinent details. There are 3 spots left available for the Croquet Tournament. Contact Tim Mack to register, or to be placed on a waiting list for the Fun Run/Walk, ILMA Foundation Golf Tournament, or Pickleball Tournament.

Committee Meetings

 

Meeting in person adds a valuable dimension to the committee experience. Gather with your colleagues to discuss the latest issues facing your business, share information, and ask your questions about how others are dealing with the same challenges. Committee agendas and other related resources are available in the ILMA app.

Transportation and Parking

 

Transportation services to and from all airports are available through The Boca Raton. Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance. Luxury car rentals are available through Go Rentals. Services include direct delivery to the hotel or meet-and-greet at most surrounding airports. Reserve online or call (800) 464-8267. The Boca Raton will extend a 10% discount on 2025 valet parking prices (currently at $55 overnight and $35 for daytime parking).
